About the Role
Are you ready to make a real difference as a Teaching Assistant? Connex Education is working with a Primary School in Bromborough that is recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child in Foundation 2 (Reception) with autism. You will be supporting the child throughout the school day, helping them to access the curriculum and engage with learning in a calm, structured, and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, proactive, and experienced in working with children with additional needs.

Person Specification
Qualifications- A Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification is desirable; however, those with relevant school experience will also be considered.
- GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above for both) or equivalent Level 2.
- Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one through Connex.
- Builds positive, supportive relationships with pupils and staff to support teaching & learning.
