We re looking for an enthusiastic, patient, and dedicated Youth Mentor to join our vibrant team at a special school in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton, supporting students with a range of additional needs.
As a Youth Mentor, you ll play a key role in helping our young people develop their confidence, social skills, and emotional wellbeing.
You ll provide one-to-one and small group mentoring, help manage behaviour positively, and work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
