Connex Education are seeking a dedicated SEN Practitioner – Primary Education Support to work across Yeovil and surrounding areas, including Sherborne, Ilchester, Martock, Crewkerne and South Petherton.
You will deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions, adapt learning activities to individual needs, and support pupils academically and emotionally within nurturing classrooms.
This role offers flexible placements across multiple primary settings from September 2026.
