About the Role

We are working with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools (Exclusively with the Bath and Wells Multi Academy Trust) across the local area, including schools in Yeovil, Sherborne, Crewkerne, Ilminster and Somerton.

This opportunity is ideal for a Primary Early Career Teacher looking to build experience across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 in welcoming, supportive and well-led school environments. Person Specification

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS.
  • Recent teaching placements or experience within primary school settings.
  • Good knowledge of the primary curriculum and a willingness to continue developing classroom practice.
  • A positive approach to behaviour management and creating an engaging learning environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
  • Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one through Connex Education.
