£475-£500 per week (dependent on experience) Winsford, UK. Connex Education is working with a SEND school in Winsford that is looking for 2 Teaching Assistants to join their team. Right to Work in the UK is required. The role supports students aged 11–19 with Moderate Learning Difficulties, working Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm. The assistant provides academic and emotional support, encouraging students to reach their goals, and collaborates with external professionals such as nurses, therapists and social care workers.

Person Specification

  • Have experience teaching students with SEND
  • Be confident working within a team
  • Be confident working with PMLD / complex medical needs
  • Have a current DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for new one
