Teacher of SEND £750 – £1000 per week Widnes. To apply, you must show Right to Work in the UK. Connex Education is working with a SEND school in Widnes, the school are in need of a Teacher to cover PPA. The school caters for students aged 2 – 19 with complex medical, learning and physical needs. The staff here are dedicated to meeting the health, welfare and educational needs of each and every student, they will work with external professional agencies such as nurses, therapists and social care workers to ensure this. Providing students with opportunities and skills to value themselves and thrive, the Head at this school is looking for a teacher who values the ethos of the school, can deliver a varied curriculum and ensure each day is a positive learning experience.
This role is working Monday – Friday, from 8.30am until 3.30pm, will start after May half term and will last the remainder of the academic year, with the possibility of a full-time role come September 2026.

Person Specification:
- Have experience teaching students with SEND
- Be confident working within a team
- Be confident working with PMLD / complex medical needs
- Have a current DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new one
