Recruitment Compliance & Resource Consultant – Education Sector
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £25,000 – £27,500 per annum + Commission for cleared files

Are you an experienced recruitment professional with a passion for education and safeguarding? Join Connex Education, a leading UK provider of staffing solutions for schools, nurseries, and colleges. We’re expanding and seeking a Resource Consultant to support our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, flexible, and rewarding environment.
Initially the role will be working from home full time 5 days per week until we secure an office which will then move to 4 days in branch and 1 day working from home.
What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and clear candidates for roles in education settings
- Ensure full compliance with safeguarding and recruitment standards
- Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with consultants to meet placement targets
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in recruitment, compliance, or safeguarding (education sector preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
