Person Specification

  • Have a degree or relevant qualification in education or related field
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting (voluntary or paid)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be passionate about education and child development
  • Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one with Connex
