Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Whether you’re looking for flexible day-to-day work or a long-term role, Connex Education is recruiting dedicated and compassionate support staff to work across a range of specialist schools in Trowbridge, Westbury and the surrounding areas.
We work with specialist settings that support pupils aged 4–19 with a variety of additional needs, including:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs (SEMH)
- Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
- Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
- Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
- Complex learning, medical and physical needs
As a Supply Learning Support Assistant, no two days are the same. You’ll play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, develop confidence and independence and achieve their individual goals within supportive and inclusive school environments.
Whether you’re available one day a week or looking for a full-time, long-term placement, we have opportunities to suit your availability.
