Teaching Assistant – Team Teach Qualified
Location: Sheffield
Hours: Full time 8:30am – 3:30pm
Salary: Up to £110 dependant on experience

Connex Education is seeking a committed SEND 1-1 Teaching Assistant for a SEND pupil in a SEND school in Sheffield for a full-time position starting in September, with potential to lead to a longer-term role.

Assignment Details
This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, starting in September and continuing for the academic year.

Person Specification
- Team teach trained
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs, behavioural difficulties, or similar challenges
- GCSEs or equivalent Level 2 in Maths and English
- Resilience, patience, and a strong commitment to helping young learners succeed
- Experience delivering small group support or intervention
- Have a current DBS on the update service or be willing to provide a new one
