About the Role
Connex Education is recruiting passionate and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers for opportunities starting in September 2026. We are currently supporting a number of friendly and inclusive secondary schools in Taunton and the surrounding areas, with roles available on both a short-term and long-term basis from September 2026. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of secondary subjects and year groups, in line with school planning.
- Maintain continuity of learning by following lesson plans and adapting teaching where required to meet pupils' needs.
- Adapt teaching and learning activities to support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
- Create a positive and purposeful learning environment that promotes curiosity, discussion, and good behaviour.
