Key Responsibilities
- Supporting teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4.
- Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Providing classroom support to students with a range of learning needs.
- Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging student engagement.
- Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
- Following school policies and maintaining high standards of safeguarding and professionalism.
