Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4.
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
  • Providing classroom support to students with a range of learning needs.
  • Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging student engagement.
  • Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
  • Following school policies and maintaining high standards of safeguarding and professionalism.
