About the Role
Are you an energetic and motivated PE Teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities from September 2026? We are currently recruiting qualified Physical Education teachers for a variety of long-term and short-term placements across a large network of secondary schools in Swindon and the surrounding areas. Opportunities are available in both single-school placements and multi-school roles, making this an excellent option for teachers seeking flexibility, varied experience, or a new challenge within secondary education. Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced PE specialist, you will have the opportunity to inspire students across KS3 and KS4 while promoting teamwork, resilience, confidence and healthy lifestyles through engaging physical education lessons.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Teach a broad range of sports, fitness, and physical education activities
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and positive behaviour within lessons
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Support extracurricular activities where required
- Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
