We work in partnership with a wide network of secondary schools across Swindon and surrounding areas, offering fantastic opportunities for those looking to build experience, develop their career, or secure flexible school‑based work. Whether you’re looking for a role through to Christmas or a longer placement lasting until July 2027, we have exciting opportunities waiting for you!
Your Role as a Cover Supervisor:
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons to classes of up to 30 secondary students
- Maintain positive behaviour and classroom engagement
- Follow school policies and procedures to ensure smooth learning
- Support students in the absence of their regular teacher
- Create a safe, productive, and inclusive classroom environment
