Connex Education is seeking flexible, enthusiastic, and reliable Secondary Teachers and/or NQT’s to join our team on a supply basis to support schools across Swansea and surrounding areas from September 2026. Your role will include delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, contributing to creating a dynamic and inclusive learning environment, and working closely with colleagues. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management and subject knowledge, adaptability and a positive, can-do attitude.

Person Specification:

  • PGCE or BEd with QTS qualification
  • DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
  • EWC registered
