About the role

Connex Education is seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Bank Staff Supply Teacher to support a mainstream school across various year groups. In this role, you will deliver high-quality teaching in line with the school’s plans, adapting lessons to meet the needs of different pupils and ensuring continuity of learning. You will work closely with school staff to maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment, manage behaviour effectively, and provide support for pupils with additional needs. Your contribution will be key in helping pupils stay on track with their learning and achieve their full potential, while providing vital cover and flexibility to support the school’s day-to-day operations.

Role Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) confirming employability as a Teacher in England, Scotland & Wales
  • Previous Experience working in Primary School settings
  • DBS On the update service, or willingness to obtain one through Connex Education
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A clear passion for working with children and fostering their educational growth
  • Commitment to the profession of working in Education
