Connex Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work across multiple partner schools in Stoke-on-Trent. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in education or care, or graduates passionate about supporting pupils with special educational needs.
The partner schools support pupils with diverse needs including:
- Autism
- ADHD
- Speech and language difficulties
- Social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs

What You’ll Need
- Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN in schools or similar care/education settings
- Willingness to provide personal care where necessary
- Confidence and composure when working with challenging behaviour
- Compassionate, patient, and resilient attitude
- Current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply through Connex Education
- Proof of right to work in the UK (required to apply)
