Connex Education are supporting a number of mainstream Secondary schools in Leeds in appointing STEM Teachers for a September 2026 start. Connex are a proud approved supply staffing supplier on the Leeds framework giving schools and candidates the peace of mind of compliance and fair service.
About the schools
We work with a number of Secondary Schools that require STEM Teachers on a longer term basis. Some roles are fixed for a period, and some have the opportunity to go permanent.
Assignment details
These roles are long term (up to 32.5 hours per week, term time only) on an ongoing basis. It can be covering a long term absence or a gap in the department for a permanent option.

Person Specification
- Have experience of working in a classroom environment or similar setting.
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one.
- Have QTS.
