Person Specification:
- A L2/L3 Teaching Assistant qualification and/or exceptional relatable experience of working as a Teaching Assistant.
- Experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in a British curriculum school for a minimum of two terms.
- Full enhanced DBS certificate.
- Completion of the Connex Education Onboarding Process.
- The ability to show a genuine desire and passion for working as a Teaching Assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong rapport building skills, with pupils and co-workers.
- A minimum of 2 school-based references.
