Connex Education are currently working in partnership with a successful secondary academy based in the Spalding area, supporting them with their ongoing day-to-day supply requirements. This role offers excellent flexibility, with work available around your availability, whether you are seeking part-time or full-time hours.

Assignment Details:
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will be supporting KS3 and KS4 classes across a range of subjects. Start dates are staggered, and once all compliance checks are completed, work is available immediately. The role is flexible, allowing you to work part-time or full-time, depending on your availability.

Person Specification β Unqualified Teacher:
- Experience working with young people in a school setting or similar environment (e.g. NCS, sports coaching, youth work)
- Confidence in leading classes of pupils aged 11β16
- The ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly
- An enthusiastic, motivated, and positive βcan-doβ attitude
- The ability to commute to Spalding and surrounding areas
