Location: Sefton (with opportunities across Merseyside)

Salary: £12.82 – £13.69 per hour (dependant on experience and qualification levels)

Hours: Shift Rota Basis 8-5/9-6 (minimum 16 hours a week)

About the Nursery: This Nursery is a warm, welcoming nursery set in the unique surroundings of Sefton Park, providing high-quality childcare for children aged three months to five years. With a strong emphasis on outdoor learning, wellbeing and child-led development, their experienced team delivers an engaging curriculum rooted in the Early Years Foundation Stage. Rated Good by Ofsted and under fresh leadership since 2024, they are entering an exciting new chapter focused on inclusion, professional growth and providing a nurturing, inspiring environment where children—and staff—can truly thrive.

What we’re looking for:

  • A minimum level 2 in a relevant childcare qualification and Early Years experience (essential)
  • EYFS knowledge
  • Passion for child development
  • Strong communication skills
  • Paediatric First Aid Qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Driving license (preferred but not essential)

  • Foster a safe, nurturing space for kids aged 0-5.
  • Participate in engaging activities and educational programs.
  • Work closely with our team in day-to-day operations.
