SEN School EYFS to KS2

Full Time Long term

£425- £500 - per week

We are seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at our specialist SEN school, supporting pupils with complex needs across EYFS to Key Stage 2. This is a varied and rewarding role, combining class-based TA support with small group work, working closely with teachers, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, child-centred provision.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils with a range of complex special educational needs
  • Working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Adapting learning activities to meet individual needs
  • Promoting communication, independence and emotional regulation
  • Supporting personal care where required

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working in a SEN setting, ideally with complex needs
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
  • Confident covering classes and leading learning
  • Calm, patient and nurturing approach
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
