The school is currently seeking an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant that can provide our pupils the additional support they need to reach those dreams. Role Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a youth mentor or offence officer would be desirable.
- Previous experience working directly with SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) needs or a background in Mental Health.
- Working in a care background would be considered.
- A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
- An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
