Connex Education are working with a welcoming Primary school in Sheffield assisting them in recruiting an experiencedSchool Administrator.
This is a full-time, long-term role covering theentire academic year, offering an excellent opportunity to become a valued member of a busy school office.
The Role:
- Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and external agencies
- Managing telephone calls, emails and face-to-face enquiries professionally
- Providing administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff
- Maintaining accurate pupil records and data (SIMS/ARBOR or similar systems)
- Supporting attendance, admissions and general office duties
- Ensuring safeguarding and school procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a school office is essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using school management systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
