Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning across the primary classroom.
- Work with pupils individually, in small groups and as part of whole-class activities.
- Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Assist with classroom preparation, resources and general organisation.
- Promote pupils’ confidence, independence and personal development.
- Follow school policies and contribute to safeguarding practice.
- What We’re Looking For
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Experience working in a classroom environment or similar setting.
- At least 3 months’ experience working with young people.
- A positive, reliable and adaptable approach to supporting pupils.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- A current DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for a new enhanced DBS.
- Proof of right to work in the UK.
