About the Role

Connex Education is recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to work in partnership schools across Derby. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in education or care, or graduates passionate about supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.

What You\’ll Need

βœ… Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND in schools or similar care/education settings
βœ… Willingness to provide personal care where necessary
βœ… Confidence and composure when working with challenging behaviour
βœ… Compassionate, patient, and resilient attitude
βœ… Current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply through Connex Education
βœ… Proof of right to work in the UK (required to apply)
