Connex Education is working with a SEND school in Llanelli to recruit an experienced Learning Support Assistant. While previous experience in special educational needs isn’t essential, a good understanding of learners with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and/or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges is highly beneficial. This role is well-suited to individuals with a background in mainstream education, or those with experience in care or support work.
