About the Role
Connex Education is seeking dedicated, resilient and passionate SEMH Teachers to work within specialist educational settings in Cheltenham, supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role offers a range of flexible opportunities, including day-to-day supply, short-term placements and longer-term teaching roles, allowing you to choose the level of commitment that best suits your circumstances. You will be supporting pupils who may have experienced barriers to education, including trauma, anxiety, attachment difficulties and behavioural challenges. Many learners require a highly structured, nurturing, and consistent approach to help them re-engage with learning and build confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs when required
