About The School

Connex Education works with a successful secondary school based in Kirkby in Ashfield which is part of a larger trust that has academies across the country.

About The Assignment

The role will be working 37 hours a week on a rotating shift with the hours being either the following:

  • 6.30am until 2.30pm
  • 10.30am until 6.30pm

Key Responsibilities are the following:

  • General site maintenance and caretaking duties.
  • After full training is provided, the candidate will be responsible for opening up and securing the school site.

While we prefer a full-time candidate, we are open to considering part-time hours, provided the core shift hours and responsibilities are fully covered.

As a successful Site Assistant you will need the following:

  • Have experience in a similar role working within a school.
