Person Specification
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and currently completing or recently completed your ECT training.
  • Passion for education and a desire to inspire and motivate young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for professional growth and continuous learning.
  • Commitment to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments.
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
