About the Role
Connex Education are working with a fantastic primary school located in Birkenhead, Wirral, who are seeking an office administrator to join their team starting in October 2025, until the end of the academic year initially.
The school is seeking a calm, empathetic, organised, and proactive individual who can work well on their own and when supporting a team of staff. Good communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with parents, external providers, and colleagues across the school.
Daily Responsibilities
- Reception management
- Pupil Data (SIMS experience desirable but not essential)
- Whole school communication
- Online payment operation
- Financial administration
- General administrative duties
Person Specification
- A DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
- 2 x suitable references
- Previous experience working in a school environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and be adaptive
- Committed to the safeguarding of children
- Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
