You will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and pastoral staff to help children overcome emotional, social, family and attendance barriers to learning.
Key duties include leading Breakfast Club, running nurture groups, 1:1 mentoring and home visits, with safeguarding responsibilities as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and CPOMS record-keeping.
