Connex Education is recruiting an experienced SEND Teacher to work within an inclusive primary school setting. This role would suit a qualified teacher with experience working with children with SEND, autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour.
SEND Teacher Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging SEND-focused lessons
- Adapt learning to individual needs
- Support children with autism and complex needs
- Manage behaviour positively and consistently
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff
- Monitor progress and adapt provision
- Build positive relationships with pupils and families
