About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across the Early Years / primary setting




• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging learning activities




• Support children's individual learning and development needs




• Encourage communication, confidence and independence




• Help create a fun, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment




• Build positive relationships with children, staff and families




• Support children to develop socially, emotionally and academically

The Ideal Candidate

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning, Childcare, Early Years or an equivalent




• Have experience working within a primary or Early Years setting




• Are nurturing, patient and enthusiastic




• Have high expectations of yourself and the children you support




• Work well as part of a team




• Are flexible, positive and forward-thinking




• Are passionate about helping children reach their full potential
