As a Reception Supply Teacher, you will support early years education by delivering high-quality care and engaging, play-based learning in the absence of the regular teacher. You will quickly build positive relationships with children, helping them feel safe and ready to learn, while adapting confidently to different classroom environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting social, emotional, and developmental needs in line with the EYFS framework
  • Encouraging early communication skills

Role Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) confirming employability as a Teacher in England, Scotland & Wales
  • Previous experience working in Primary School settings
  • DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one through Connex Education
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A clear passion for working with children and fostering their educational growth
  • Commitment to the profession of working in Education
