Radstock .

Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers with classroom activities and learning tasks.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to encourage participation.
- Assist in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

- Promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing.

Person Specification
Minimum 6 months’ experience working with children or young people is essential.

- Passion for supporting children to achieve their best.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply through Connex Education.
