Key Responsibilities
- Teach well‑planned and engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage pupils to participate actively and reach their potential.
- Adapt lessons and teaching strategies to support individual needs.
- Develop positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents where appropriate.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and consistently.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide appropriate support.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff.
- Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion throughout the school day.

Job Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Previous experience teaching within primary education.
- Good understanding of the primary curriculum.
- Strong communication and classroom management abilities.
- Enthusiasm for supporting pupils’ education and development.
- Ability to establish positive relationships quickly.
- Confidence working within different classroom and school environments.
- Flexible, dependable and adaptable approach.
- Commitment to equality, inclusion and diversity.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
