Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Provide PPA cover across different year groups.
• Follow existing lesson plans and school curriculum.
• Adapt quickly to different classrooms and pupils.
• Maintain positive behaviour and high expectations.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Support pupils’ learning and development.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

Job Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Primary teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Confident classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different year groups and schools.
• Genuine passion for supporting children’s learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, reliable and professional.
• Commitment to equality, inclusion and diversity.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
• Right to work in the UK.
