About the role

Connex Education is working with mainstream primary schools based in the Redcar area who use regular cover for Primary Teachers. This can be full time, part time, or ad hoc days to suit the availability you have and working with KS2

About the schools

As a Primary Teacher with Connex you will be working with some amazing schools in Redcar and surrounding areas. Some of the duties for this role include covering classrooms, PPA and also working with small groups.

Assignment Details

There are opportunities for Primary Teachers with Connex for immediate cover work available until the summer and full time and part time roles available from September 24. We have work to suit those looking for 2-4 days per week or full time work for either day-to-day, short term or long term cover.

Person Specification

  • Qualified Teaching Status
  • Have at least 2 years’ experience of teaching pupils in a primary school setting
  • Be confident covering and teaching a full classroom
  • Good Knowledge of EYFS/KS1 or KS2 curriculum
  • Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one with Connex
