About the Role
Connex Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming Primary Schools across Newark on Trent (NG23), who are recruiting Primary Teachers for both day-to-day supply and longer-term assignments across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This role includes full classroom responsibilities during cover days and longer-term placements. You will deliver engaging, curriculum-led lessons, maintain a positive and structured learning environment, and support pupils’ academic and social development. For day-to-day supply, no lesson planning is required. Schools provide clear guidance and resources.

Person Specification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working within a UK primary school setting (KS1 and/or KS2)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
- Knowledge of the primary national curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
