Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning within primary classrooms.
- Work alongside class teachers to help pupils engage with their learning.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.
- Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Adapt confidently to different school settings, year groups, and classroom routines.
- Contribute to the wider school community and work effectively with colleagues.

- Job Requirements
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience is desirable.
- Previous experience supporting children within a primary school setting is beneficial.
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- Flexible, reliable, and confident adapting to different school environments.
