This role would suit candidates from a variety of backgrounds including youth work, support work, sports coaching, care, mentoring, alternative provision, SEND support, or education.

You will work closely with pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support throughout the school day. Building positive relationships is at the heart of this role, helping children feel safe, supported, and ready to engage with learning. Every day brings new challenges and successes, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys making a genuine difference in children’s lives.
