Connex Education are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Early Years practitioners to cover a range of supply bookings in various primary schools around Southport and Formby
About the schools:
Connex Education have a long-standing tradition of supplying Early Years staff to primary schools in Formby, Ainsdale, Birkdale, Southport (centre) and Churchtown.
About the supply role:
The role will involve providing general support in Nursery and Reception classes, and some roles will involve providing 1:1 support for children with special educational needs. The demand for EYFS practitioners, particularly in Reception, has increased dramatically over the past year and Connex Education will have a range of roles that will suit your availability.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Level 2/3 qualification TA qualification or Early Years qualification is highly desirable for this role (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB ETC).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience supporting children win Early Years is essential.
- Experience supporting children with special educational needs is desirable.
- The ability to adapt to different learning environments.
- It is essential that you have a DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain a new one through Connex.
