Assignment Details
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students across KS3 and KS4, working closely with classroom teachers to support learning, behaviour, and engagement. This may include small group work or 1:1 support. Start dates are staggered, and once compliance checks are complete, work can be available immediately. Roles are flexible, allowing you to work part-time or full-time depending on your availability.

Person Specification β Teaching Assistant
- Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (e.g. youth work, sports coaching, care work)
- Ability to support pupils aged 11β16 in a secondary school environment
- Confidence supporting learning and managing behaviour alongside the class teacher
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
