Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Position Type: Full-time, temporary 4-6 weeks

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors
- Handle multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately
- Manage student sign-ins/sign-outs and maintain visitor logs
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Support the main office with general clerical duties
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive student and staff information
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
