About the Role

Connex Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to teach both Music and Media. This is to work on a full time basis for one of our Secondary schools within the St Ralph Sherwin Trust. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive school environment.

The role is to start ASAP, potentially up to October half term but may continue further.

  • ASAP start – potentially to October half term
  • Full time role, working Monday to Friday

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching the both Music and Media curriculum (NQTs and ECTs are also welcome to apply)
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies
  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff
  • Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain a new one
