Assignment Details
As a Cover Supervisor, you will work across KS3 and KS4, delivering pre-set work and supervising classes across a range of subjects. Your role will be to ensure students remain on task and that behaviour is managed in line with school policies. Start dates are staggered, and once compliance checks are completed, work can be available immediately. The role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work.

Person Specification
- Cover Supervisor experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (e.g. youth work, sports coaching, NCS)
- Confident supervising pupils
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively under pressure
