Salary: £750–£900 per week (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

Are you an experienced Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity this September? Due to increasing demand from our partner schools, Connex Education is seeking passionate and dedicated KS1 and KS2 Teachers to join our team across Stockport and the surrounding areas on a full-time basis. We are working closely with a range of welcoming primary schools that are looking to appoint experienced teachers for long-term and permanent positions starting in September 2026. Assignment Details

  • Full-time long‑term teaching roles across KS1 and KS2.

Person Specification

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools.
  • Strong knowledge of the KS1 and/or KS2 National Curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • A commitment to creating engaging, inclusive learning environments.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Current DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
