One of the lovely Nurseries we work alongside is looking to recruit an Early Years Practitioner from September to work 5 days a week in their nursery. The position is within the Toddlers Room.
About the Nursery: Our Nursery empowers children to become their best selves by following their lead and enhancing their learning experiences. Their approach promotes critical thinking, creativity, independence, and self-direction, encouraging children to take responsibility for their learning. They provide a 'hands-off' environment, allowing children to immerse themselves in play, explore freely, and engage in meaningful activities that support their growth and development. Through minimal instruction and ample time for reflection, we create opportunities for lifelong learning, self-sufficiency, and active participation in a community-based environment.

What we're looking for:
- Minimum of Level 3 qualification related to Early Years (essential)
- Paediatric First Aid Certification (preferred, not essential)
- Early Years' experience (essential)
- A genuine love for working with children.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience and a caring personality.
- Driver's license (preferred, not essential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting staff and children within local nurseries
- Participate in engaging activities and educational programs.
- Delight children with play and learning activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Follow health and safety protocols.
