Connex Education is looking for enthusiastic, calm, compassionate, and adaptable teaching assistants to support in primary schools in Formby. As a Level 2/3 qualified TA, you will support children with special educational needs and provide general classroom support.

Connex Education have a long-standing working partnership with three excellent primary schools located in Formby. Connex Education have a tradition of creating a career pathway for teaching assistants in primary schools in the area. The schools are in an ideal location for TAs living in the surrounding areas of Formby (Southport, Crosby, Lydiate).
About the role:
As a primary teaching assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support for children with special educational needs, and small group interventions when required. The role requires consistent, reliable, and adaptable TAs who can contribute to fostering a positive school environment. Relevant classroom experience supporting children with SEN is essential and a minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential for this role.
